I was always focused on the end goal and never truly present in the moment.Through extensive research and personal experience in improving my own mental and emotional well being, I learned that true success doesn’t come from long hours or overwork, but from a balanced, mindful approach. In running my LED company, I cultivated a strong company culture that emphasized well-being as the cornerstone of creativity, focus, and sustainable growth.
